The 3PL Customer Service Representative will be providing exemplary service to ITN/SCAN clients in order to meet or surpass customer expectations. The CSR will be responsible for creating a world-class experience by interacting with the customers and responding to orders, inquiries, concerns, and general requests. This will include but not be limited to communication with the transportation, vendors, and suppliers ensuring the quality assurance checks are completed and maintained in order to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
We will be looking for a more experienced candidate who can support and build a core of our CSR Team.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Customer Service:
- Oversees the processing of client’s orders by managing and maintaining inbound/outbound orders and/or inventory.
- Reviews and prepares shipping requirements such as shipping labels, delivery appointments, packaging requirements, etc.
- Manually enter data into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Serves as point of contact for specific clients.
- Communicates effectively with clients to gain an understanding of their needs and internal processes.
- Finds resourceful solutions to obstacles that arise during order processing and shipping.
- Builds strong relationships with individuals at all levels of client organization and guarantees client has a positive, value-added experience in every interaction.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety standards are understood and adhered to.
- Manage specific customer projects for clients.
- Back-up coverage for other Warehouse Customer Service Representatives.
- Other projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education in Customer Service preferred.
- Previous working experience in Customer Service.
- Previous working knowledge of shipping/receiving is preferred.
- Previous working experience in web-based courier services.
- Computer skills: WMS, inventory systems, ability to work in most Windows applications, especially Microsoft Office.
- Previous working knowledge of Fashion processes and customers is an asset.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication with customers and relationship-building skills.
